This policy explains how Warren Low (Salesperson, Ray White Auckland Central) and A T Realty Limited (Licensed REAA 2008) collect, use, store and share your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and to provide our services:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The property address you enquire about
- Details you give us about a property — such as renovations, features or your plans
- Your preferences about buying, selling or the value of your property
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit this website, such as your browser type and the pages you view
2. How we collect it

- When you call, email or text us, or meet with us
- When you scan a QR code linking to our website
- From publicly available property records and valuation data, where we are permitted to do so
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information you asked for
- To prepare and send property appraisals, market updates and comparable sales information
- To provide real estate services if you engage us
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed real estate agency
- To improve our services and our website
4. Marketing
We may send you property updates, market information and appraisal-related communication where you have asked us to, or where you have given us your details for that purpose. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by contacting us directly. Opting out does not affect our ability to respond to an enquiry you have made.

- The Ray White group of companies, including our office and its staff
- Service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, email provider, customer relationship management system and advertising platforms
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), where you have submitted an enquiry through one of our advertisements, or where we advertise to audiences
- Professional advisers, and any person or agency where we are required or permitted by law to disclose it, including under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009
6. Cookies, pixels and online advertising
This website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. This may involve placing a cookie on your device and recording which pages you view, including whether you reached our appraisal page.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control how Facebook and Instagram use your data for advertising through your advertising preferences in those platforms. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this website work.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Real estate records are generally held for the period required by our regulatory and professional obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely destroy or de-identify it.
8. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls on our systems and secure transmission of online forms. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
